Our daughter had a really difficult time sleeping for more than 12 months since receiving a new bed and medical mattress. Urgoform were at our house for an adjustment on another piece of equipment and we discussed mattresses. They offered a Metzeler mattress to trial. Their knowledge on the mattress we were using and options for trial was really good.

The trial mattress arrived within a few days and to our surprise solved the sleep issues. Urgoform are now being really helpful and supportive while we arrange funding for a new Metzeler mattress purchase. Our whole family are now sleeping through the night.

Homecare client now has paincare meds halved. Nutrition 50% improved. Overall sleep time and quality has improved.

Meaning overall night time carer attendance reduced from 12 to 8 hours. That’s a saving around $418,377.00 per year on one client alone.

Last night I slept all night for the first time I can remember. I even needed the alarm to wake me up.
