Minimum Hire Period?

The minimum hire period is 1 week, and we require a 1 week notice period to end the hire.

Do I need to organize delivery and pick up?

No, our Team will work with you arrange the most suitable options and times available to you. You can come and collect from one of our locations, or we can deliver to you.

All hires include fitting and demonstration.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are additional fees for delivery, pick up and cleaning. However, these are detailed prior to the hire period and payable upfront.

Am I in a service area for hire?

Hires are available Victoria Wide, however some areas may incur additional delivery and collection fee.

Are they good quality products?

Yes, all of our Hire Products are from brands that we trust and sell. Each product we stock is a premium clinically back product and suitable for a number of recovery and disability requirements.

Notice to end hire?

1 week notice period is required.

Is there a fee if I cancel my hire period early?

No, as long as you have covered the minimum hire period and given us at least 1 weeks’ notice there is no fee for ending your hire period early.
