Every wheelchair accessible vehicle undergoes a thorough cleaning and detailing process, both internally and externally, before it is collected by the hirer. This ensures a fresh and presentable vehicle for each new rental.
Full Tank of Fuel
Upon collection, you’ll find the vehicle with a full fuel tank, ready for your journey. To fulfill the terms of your hire agreement, we kindly request that you also return the vehicle with a full petrol tank. This ensures an efficient handover for the next hirer.
Full Inspection
Before your rental period begins, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle together with you. Following this inspection, you will receive a detailed condition report, documenting the vehicle’s state at the start of your hire. This ensures transparency and mutual understanding regarding the vehicle’s condition.
Regular Service & Safety Checks
You can have peace of mind knowing that each of our wheelchair accessible vehicles is maintained to the highest standards. 24/7 Roadside Assistance
Every vehicle in our fleet comes with complimentary 24/7 roadside assistance for the entire duration of your rental. This service is included as a standard part of your hire, providing you with support and peace of mind should any unforeseen issues arise during your journey.
What is the minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is 5 days.
What is the maximum hire period?
We currently do not specify a maximum hire term, however for long-term hires we may require the vehicle to be returned temporarily for service and compliance checks.
How much does it cost to hire an accessible vehicle?
Our vehicles are hired on a daily rate basis with tiered pricing (determined by the duration of the hire). All hires include a processing and cleaning fee.
What type of vehicle can I hire?
Our hire fleet consists of Kia Carnivals and Volkswagen Multivans, with 2nd or 3rd row conversions (subject to availability).
How many seats do the vehicles have?
Our hire vehicles have capacity of 4 to 6 seats plus the wheelchair use, dependent on specific model.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all of our vehicles are comprehensively insured.
Do the vehicles include roadside assist?
Yes, all vehicles are covered with RACV 24-hour roadside assist.
Can I take the hire vehicle interstate?
We typically allow hire vehicles to be driven within Victoria only, however under certain circumstances we may allow interstate travel. Please contact us for further details.
Can you provide a driver with a hire vehicle?
We cannot provide a driver, however in certain circumstances we may be able to provide delivery or collection of the vehicle to an arranged location. Please contact us for further details.
