Minimum Hire Period?
The minimum hire period is 8 weeks and we require a 2 week notice period to end the hire period.
Do I need to organise delivery and pick up?
No, we will organise to delivery and pick up of the bed and mattress. We will work with you to organise a time and day that suits you.
You will just need to have the room and area prepared.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, all bed and mattress packages are just $200 a week. There is a minimum hire period and standard damage fees may apply.
Any additional fees will be for further services, like delivery and set up, as well as pick up. We also offer a service to remove your old bed for an additional fee.
Am I in a service area for this deal?
If you live in Melbourne, Geelong or there surrounding areas then you are in an eligible area for this Bed and Mattress deal. If you live just outside these areas, or are unsure if your area qualifies. Please contact us and we can discuss further.
Are they good quality products?
Yes each bed and mattress is a premium clinically back product and suitable for a number of recovery and disability requirements.
Do I have to wait the 8 weeks till I cancel my hire?
No you can give us notice that you no longer require your hire at any time, we just need at least 2 weeks notice. So as long as you give notice by week 6, then you don’t need to go over your minimum 8 week hire period.
Notice to end hire?
You must give us at least two weeks notice of your intention to finish up your hire period.
