Warranties & Standards

Compliance with Relevant Standards 

The Ki Mobility Catalyst range has been tested to and complies with the following standards:

  • AS3695:1992
ARTG Certificate: 182896

Warranty:

Ki Mobility has a warranty on the frame, cross braces, hangers and quick-release axles of the Catalyst against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchases. All other Ki Mobility-made parts and components of this wheelchair are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of fist consumer purchase.

The expected life of the frame is five years.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear items: upholstery, tyres, armrest pads, tubes, armrests and push handle grips.
  • Damage resulting from neglect, misuse or from improper installation or repair.
  • Damage from exceeding the weight limit.
